Account information
When you register, our authentication provider stores your email address, a securely hashed password, account identifiers, email-verification status, and records of your age, research-use, and policy acknowledgements. Invicto Labz cannot view your password, and the confirm-password entry is used only to check for a match in your browser and is not stored.
Information you provide
If you prepare an order request, you may enter contact, shipping, billing, and order information. The current checkout prepares that information in your email application; it is not sent to Invicto Labz until you choose to send the email.
Information stored on your device
The website uses browser storage to remember your cart. Secure authentication cookies allow the website to recognize a returning signed-in member and maintain the account session. You can end that session by signing out.
How information is used
Account information is used to authenticate members, protect restricted website content, verify email addresses, support password recovery, and secure the service. Information received by email may be used to answer inquiries, review research-product requests, confirm availability and totals, coordinate fulfillment, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Payments and sensitive information
The current website does not collect card information. Never send payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Retention and disclosure
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received and for applicable business, security, and legal obligations. It may be processed by authentication, hosting, email, and other service providers or disclosed to authorities when necessary to operate lawfully, protect the website, or comply with valid legal requirements.
